The signal, not the hormone.
Flow feeds the Nobel Prize-winning nitric oxide pathway daily. Below: the pathway, the precursors, the human evidence, and why every milligram is printed on the label.
The signal, not the hormone
In the largest study of male aging ever conducted (1,709 men, 40-70), 52% reported some degree of the decline men usually blame on age or testosterone. Most of them tested normal for testosterone. What fades isn't the hormone - it's the signal that opens the blood vessels: nitric oxide.
Why the signal fades
The endothelium - the lining of your blood vessels - produces less nitric oxide with age. Years at a desk, chronic stress, and processed food push production further down. The arteries still work. Desire is still there. But the command to open arrives more quietly every year.
This is why the pattern is uneven: a broken thing fails every time; a faded signal fails unpredictably. That is the pattern most men actually live with, and it maps cleanly to endothelial decline, not hormones.
The precursors your body builds NO from
Your body synthesises nitric oxide from two amino acids that occur in food and cannot be patented: L-arginine and L-citrulline. Flow supplies both, at doses printed on the label:
That's it. Vegetable cellulose capsule, brown rice flour. No proprietary blends. If a bottle won't show you its doses, it's because the doses wouldn't survive being shown.
The human evidence
In a placebo-controlled trial in men with mild difficulty, L-citrulline supplementation improved erection hardness in 50% of men versus 8.3% on placebo. It's a small trial - we're not pretending otherwise. It's the correct pathway, an honest number, and it points in the same direction as decades of endothelial research.
This is a daily-feed mechanism, not an on-demand drug. Weeks 1-2: warmth, training pumps, mornings. Weeks 3-6: reliability returns. Weeks 8-12: the unplanned moment.
Sourcing, testing, and manufacture
Manufactured in a cGMP-certified US facility. Every batch is third-party tested for identity, potency, heavy metals, and microbial contaminants. The amino acids in Flow are the same molecules found in ordinary food - just dosed to matter.
What Flow is not
Flow is not a prescription drug and is not a replacement for one. It doesn't force the pathway on a timer - it feeds it, so the body can run it on its own. If you're on nitrate medication, or being treated for a cardiovascular condition, talk to your doctor before starting.
